Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

It is important to note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these criteria.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style,  please initiate the exchange process within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at quezshop.kj@gmail.com. Our team will assist you in selecting the desired replacement and guide you through the exchange process.

Similar to returns, the item for exchange must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these criteria.

Once we receive the item for exchange and verify its condition, we will process the replacement and ship it to you. Please note that any price difference between the original item and the exchanged item will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Additional Information:

- Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns and exchanges, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered items.

- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
